INTRO
I believe that we all carry an innate wisdom – a quiet, steady knowing that lives in the body, in the breath, in the spaces we often overlook. It’s the part of us that remembers how to heal, how to love, how to belong. But life has a way of pulling us away from that knowing. The demands of the everyday, experiences of pain or trauma, feelings of disconnection – all of these can leave us feeling adrift, uncertain, or numb.
My work is about gently guiding you back to that place of inner truth. Not by giving you answers, but by walking beside you as you remember what has always been there – waiting beneath the surface.
I’m a qualified somatic and embodiment coach, currently training in eco-psychology to become a certified eco-therapist. But more than any title, I’m a fellow human who’s been through my own process of unraveling, softening, and returning to self. I’ve learned – and am still learning – how to listen to my body, honour my boundaries, tend to my inner seasons, and find deep nourishment in the natural world.
The spaces I hold are trauma-aware, inclusive, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique path. They are rooted in the belief that we heal in relationship – with ourselves, with one another, and with the more-than-human world.
This is slow work, soulful work. The kind that doesn’t push for quick fixes or force transformation, but instead allows for unfolding. We move at your pace, following the wisdom of your body and the rhythms of nature. With gentleness, spaciousness, and care, we create room for reconnection – to your aliveness, your belonging, and your wholeness.
Me
My journey into coaching began after a significant turning point in my life – the end of my marriage. For years, I had felt the quiet call to this work but kept setting it aside, doubting whether I could really create something of my own. Over time, I began to realise that many of those doubts weren’t truly mine – they were inherited stories, old fears. Once I recognised that, something shifted. I knew this work was what I was meant to do.
What followed was a deep period of personal growth and exploration. I worked with a number of coaches, each experience helping me to unearth more of who I really am. I began to shift long-held beliefs around money, self-worth, and what’s possible – and in doing so, I built a business that truly reflects who I am and the kind of people I feel called to support.
Outside of my work, I live a full and grounded life with my two beautiful boys, surrounded by the countryside on the Oxfordshire/Warwickshire border. I spend as much time in nature as I can — walking, breathing, noticing. I cherish my circle of close friends and family, and the everyday joys of simple, spirited living.
You
The people I work with are often in a moment of transition, uncertainty, or quiet longing. You might be feeling disconnected – from yourself, from others, or from the natural world. You might be navigating burnout, grief, big life questions, or simply a sense that something’s missing.
You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. You don’t need to be “into nature” or have done this kind of work before. You just need a willingness to pause, listen, and begin.
I work with:
Those feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or lost
People seeking to slow down and reconnect with their bodies
Individuals wanting to deepen their relationship with nature
Anyone longing for more meaning, softness, and presence in their lives
Leaders, creatives, carers, changemakers – humans who give a lot and are learning how to receive too
Whether you come with a specific goal or just a sense that something needs to shift, you are welcome here. This work meets you where you are – gently, respectfully, and with care.
